sunday

slept as much as i could today
hit d gym at 4:30pm for 3 hrs.
ended w/ a 400m cooldown sprint by d stadium.
mind n body felt real liberated!
then had real good kfc meal after dat since i dun do protein shakes.
4 hrs have passed. hungry!! boiling some beef balls n hot dogs now yay!

did chest, abs, biceps(which i rarely work on! haha), lower back, quads, hamstrings n some calves. tink i actually pushed my abs a tad bit harder than other days cuz now i feel a sharp pain even when i cough or sneeze LOL. no worries.. d pain i feel today is d strength imma feel tmr! i shud elaborate on this sentence but maybe next time LOL.. now pretty fatigued la fatigued.

wonder if i'll be able complete a 3.5km run/jog tmr after work hmm...
maybe throw in a couple sets of pull-ups but deltoids n triceps definitely gotta wait till tue i reckon!

met this stranger by a bus stop after work several days back.
tink his name is cashmere or however it's supposed to be spelt. found out he's a lecturer in accounts at TMC academy. has 30 yrs of experience in coaching/teaching etc. can't really rmb d details but i enjoyed d chat we had. pretty enlivening compared to d usual dose of music i have every day =) too bad i had to alight earlier before his stop at macpherson area or smth.
