so i juz downloaded n reinstalled League of Legends about a week ago.
apparently i missed out on d action & excitement of season 2 championships oh well. havent played in 5 mths since i quit around May so it took me some time to warm up again n get back into groove to enter Ranked solo q. still chipping away d rust but it's getting better. i last left at 1509 elo but i heard there was some kinda soft elo reset during my time off gaming.
so when i returned last monday, it seemed to have been lowered to bare 1409 elo. some told me it might have been due to inactivity from ranked. -25/mth or smth. others said it's cuz of d soft reset so it doesn't matter i'm fine with anything haha.
managed to get it up bit by bit now after a several wins & losses. stands at 1459
hitting 15xx elo range is easy for me as long as i keep training on those tiny little mistakes dat we all make, which stops us from hitting that range. then there's another tiny bit of things to improve on to hit 16xx n so on n so forth. but of cuz the point of d game is juz to have fun anyhow so if rising in elo is not ur top 10 priority in this game of 5v5 chess, it's totally alright man. no need so stress.
there're so many changes in league of legends during this 5 mths break dat i had from gaming dat it'll take some time for me to fully absorb all. one for instance is d no. of new champs since darius came out. while watching wickd's livestream when i returned to this game, i learned dat my fav irelia has a new item build & mastery page. no need to rush for boring tri force & GA anymore. masteries can skip 9/14/7 & replaced with 9/21/0. runes dun matter as it juz suits ur playstyle.
d impt thing abt this change is dat i rush berserker's greaves n ionic spark first instead of d oldschool way of merc threads n tri force builds. now for this is not d fully right one. i'd have gotten wit's end after ionic spark but i felt it wasnt impt so i went zeal n phage. there's a reason behind getting these items n only ppl dat play irelia a lot will realize after trying out rushing nikes + ionic spark + wits end + GA. n this is juz ONE of d many changes i needa take note of lmao.
k mlg tourney is ongoing. dun wanna miss it.
