training . ufc . wwe

so i juz had ma 2nd of 20 sessions of remedial training(rt). it's for those who failed their individual physical proficiency test(ippt) within the 9 mths of their work-year cycle n i'm one of em LOL. no worries imma buckle down n get this completed so i can pass my remaining 8 cycles, or 8 years. i wouldn't say that d RT is too hard or too easy but juz manageable. like i would need to put in a large chunk of effort juz to finish stuff. but yea considering it's 3-4 hrs it's pretty decent imo. plus i'm part of the red tag group so we only do running/sprinting/jogging n stuff since dat's d station dat we can't pass in ippt.

now dat i'm in, i'd say going for rt is pretty beneficial cuz i get really motivated to juz work it when there're so many ppl doing d same thing as i so dare's juz no lack of motivation. of cuz it'd better off if i can jzu pass it or at least take d ipt, some programme dat involves ppl training in groups. yup yup.. lookin forward to upcoming trainings n hope i can pass it when d window is open. 8th n 14th sessions i believe.

yup yup UFC Ultimate Insider episode 9 is up! i watch these for visual tidbits while waiting for d Ultimate Fighter(faber vs. cruz) episodes to be released weekly hehe. it's really exciting cuz it entices ppl for more. like it's juz not enuf so WE WANT TWO episodes at least per week LOL. jkjk..

o n do check out d very first TUF Brazil here.

-------

yea n over in WWE is no less dull. Wrestlemania was a blast showcasing an epic duel w/ Undertaker vs. Triple H n The Rock vs. John Cena. then over in Raw came some really mindblowing stuff like d debut of Lord Tensei aka 0% stamina aka nice face tattoo(he looks like d very old A Train to me tho LOL). then came Boss LesnarRRRrrrRR! oops i mean Brock lol. ya things r getting real enlivened now!! o n yea debut of Ryback in Smackdown too. pretty cute he looks like some stuffed teddy bear of some sort -.-; but yea really looking forward to wad's abt to happen in d coming weeks.

WWE has certainly been revitalized to a whole new lvl =)
