oooOOk finally got time to blog again.. been a while!
first thing on my mind is d imprudence of SBS or whoever's in-charge. just ytd morning, d service arrival time for 157 was supposed to be 7:49am. it reached at 7:57am. 8 minutes.. a whopping 8 MINS LATE. if it was 1-2 mins of inconsistency then dat's fine.. benefit of doubt no problem but 8 mins really? holy shit dude. i immediately demanded a reason upon boarding & found there was some kinda traffic accident w/ d previous bus. albeit this is quite legit but shouldn't there be contingency plans in case such a situation were to occur? wad r our daily tax into them coffers doing? this shouldn't be an excuse cuz we're talking abt Singapore here. i dun see anyone skipping dat 7% GST upon purchase of goods anywhere right? so y do we have to experience such upsetting circumstances? r u gonna write a formal letter to my boss to apologize if i happen to be late cuz of it? dats y i never take that 8.03am bus. dun wanna let them 3rd-party subjective natures dictate my punctuality.
well at least d driver tried to mitigate by accelerating slightly faster than normal between bus stops to mitigate dat down-time so kudos to him. then again this kinda set me thinkin.. y should i be angry abt this tho i have d right to? dun we all at times face difficulty grinding at 100% all day at work? either u gotta be lying if u haven't or u juz haven't achieved anything yet. so no point expecting out of others wad i cant do myself in my area of vocation. total understanding leads to sympathy which leads to holding back of hasty judgement.

so i'm trying out d MFT28 workout for a change. simply amazing.. first week in & i'm already feeling a sense of renewed confidence. mentally & physically tougher as well. did legs on Sunday instead of friday & dat delayed onset muscle soreness really kicked in so hard i took 4.5 days to recover almost fully or not feel d strain anymore at least. but dat's great! means i'm growing.. using muscles dat i've never really touched b4! chest is easier maybe ard 3 days & d soreness fades. back would take abt 2 days. shoulders & arms abt 1.5-2 days a piece. good stuff imo =) gonna keep my heart rate healthy enuf to possibly pass my yearly reservist IPPT till 2020.
reason y i chose this is also cuz it allows a balance of look & functionality. fits right in w/ wad i want. not looking so much for dat Jay Cutler kinda build.. juz not feasible for me is wad i think. anywayz believing this'll all come to fruition in 56 days. gonna continue even after dat tho cheers!
