lose a battle & win many hearts..
or win a battle & lose some.
which should i choose?
it's a rare but common dilemma dat has hit me in my freaking face today. if my a bay coach wasn't there to help me out, i might have taken d 2nd option. feels so unfair to not be able to retort even tho i can & have the means to. like a nagging itch dat i can't wait to slap off my back.
urgh.. disgusted at how another department's laziness & unwillingness to go d extra mile is wad makes d company i work for receive unjust/undeserved defamation.
simply indignant dat d word "responsibility" could be so carelessly used by someone who obviously lacks it so bad. izzit so hard to satisfy a customer's request in order to uphold d image of d company we work for? to help retain a customer who has not even installed her services yet? to stem unnecessary disparagement by way of word-of-mouth or media? all cuz another dept wants to end work early.. unbelievable
thank you God for backing me up w/ enough skills to pacify this customer. if i can encounter such an issue w/in d first 2 weeks of real-time work, i really admire those team leaders & experienced CCOs for they muz've dealt w/ this inter-department-unwillingness shit an innumerable amount of times.
God i believe You are just. You always are & always will be. may Your blessing and protection come upon the place where I work, Fibre General Enquiry department. i believe we are going to be the ones who will spearhead this company's reputation in customer service excellence. but nevertheless, Your will be done Father.
